### Key Responsibilities

**As an Inbound Insurance Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:**

– **Interpreting Trust and Company Documents**: Assist in navigating complex legal structures with ease.
– **Collaborating with Sales and Product Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess product fit and ensure compliance when offering personal building insurance to non-individual entities.
– **Tailoring Insurance Solutions**: Provide insights on customizing personal lines building insurance products to meet the unique needs and limitations of trusts and businesses.
– **Engaging with Leads**: Assess the feasibility of onboarding prospects under personal lines policies, ensuring a smooth transition.
– **Staying Up-to-Date with Compliance**: Remain informed about **FAIS**, **FICA**, and other compliance requirements applicable to policyholders that are legal entities.
– **Testing Market Viability**: Contribute to the team’s efforts in evaluating the commercial potential of this new market segment.

**Important Note**: Since this project is in the pilot phase, long-term scalability is not guaranteed. Should the project conclude, you may transition into a **New Business Consultant** or **Inbound Sales** role, pending your skills and performance.

### What You Need to Succeed

#### Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this position, you should possess:

– **Minimum Education**: A **Grade 12** certificate is required. A tertiary qualification in **law, finance, or insurance** is advantageous.
– **Experience**: 2+ years in **insurance sales or administration**, particularly within compliance-driven environments involving trusts or legal entities.
– **Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance**: A strong understanding of personal lines insurance is crucial, especially in building cover.
– **Familiarity with Trust Structures**: Experience with family trusts or business ownership documents will set you apart.
– **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
– **Compliance Experience**: Proven capability in handling compliance-sensitive or documentation-heavy sales.
– **Independence and Adaptability**: Ability to work independently within a small team in an ambiguous or dynamic project environment.
– **Accreditation**: **RE5** and **FAIS accreditation** if you’ve been registered on the representative register for over 2 years in an advised role.

### Working Conditions

– **Hours**: Monday to Friday from **08:00 to 17:00**; includes one late shift per week (10:00 to 19:00).
– **Saturday Work**: May be required on request (**09:00 to 12:00**).
– **Office Requirement**: **4 days per week** in-office (Waterkloof, Pretoria).
