Who You’ll Work With
In this dynamic role, you will report directly to the Director of Retail Marketing Korea, becoming a pivotal member of the Retail Marketing team. Your mission? To spearhead Partner Marketing and Omnichannel strategies that bolster brand strength, ignite consumer demand, and forge lasting connections with our audience.
Collaborate with Visionaries
Your collaboration will extend across various key teams, including:
- Korea Marketing Leaders: Craft and execute innovative strategies that resonate with local consumers.
- APLA Marketing Teams (Asia Pacific and Latin America): Embrace best practices that will enhance brand outreach.
- Internal Partners: Engage closely with the Partner Team, Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS), EKIN, and the Marketplace team in Korea to refine our market approach.
Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with Brand Management, tackling briefs that align with our core brand priorities in collaboration with Brand Creative. Externally, building relationships with wholesale partners and vendors will be crucial in turning strategic visions into reality.

- Bilingual skills in English and Korean for effective communication.
- A strong interest or background in sport, youth culture, sneakers, and fashion trends.
- Project management experience involving agencies, vendors, and budgets.
- Strategic thinking capabilities combined with an eye for detail.
- Analytical skills to gather business insights for informed decision-making.
- Willingness for international travel based on business needs.
What You’ll Work On
As part of the Retail Marketing team, your focus will remain on wholesale partner channel strategies and programming seasonal directions for retail partners. Here’s what you’ll dive into:
Drive Impactful Campaigns
- Seasonal and Non-Seasonal Marketing Plans: Lead the development and execution of compelling marketing initiatives designed to resonate with our target audience.
- Agency Briefings: Provide direction and constructive feedback to ensure alignment with our brand vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance communication with various teams at Nike, sharing innovative ideas, best practices, and consumer insights.
Manage Resources Wisely
You will also oversee the annual marketing budget for Partner Marketing, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery of projects. Success will not just be measured in numbers but through Share of Business (SoB) for each Field of Play (FoP), the achievement of revenue targets, and the cultivation of emotional connections with our consumers.
