Join Us as the Coordinator of Partnership Marketing

We’re on the lookout for a **Coordinator, Partnership Marketing** to support our Partnerships Team in elevating Athletes Unlimited’s brand presence and forging **lasting connections** with ideal partners. This full-time, remote role will be pivotal in our journey towards partnership excellence and reports directly to the Director of Partnership Marketing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Market Analysis: Monitor and track market trends, sponsorship deals, competitor actions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to extract actionable insights that inform partnership strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Generate targeted prospect lists, assist with account segmentation, and pinpoint new business opportunities for our sales team.
  • CRM Organization: Collaborate with our internal teams to maintain and enhance our CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation of sales opportunities and partnership progress.
  • Sales Material Development: Contribute to crafting customized sales collateral tailored to the needs of potential partners while aligning with current market trends.
  • Status Reporting: Support the Director in delivering updates on partnership status, progress toward revenue goals, and emerging sales opportunities.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide support to the Chief Partnerships Officer, while coordinating closely with our dedicated Partnerships team, including sales and activation sub-teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in **partnership marketing**, sales support, or account management, ideally within the **sports**, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficiency in **Google Workspace**, Asana, Canva, and other relevant digital tools.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting **compelling presentations** and reports.
  • A knack for teamwork—able to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A background as an athlete or familiarity with the sports industry is an added plus, but not a requirement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for **partnership activations** as needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Perks and Compensation

This full-time, remote role comes with a compensation range of **$45,000 – $50,000 annually**. Keep in mind, actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location. The top tier of the salary range is reserved for candidates who **exceed expectations** throughout the evaluation process.
