Your Role as a Bid & Marketing Controller
As a **Bid & Marketing Controller**, you will become a vital part of our **Marketing & Sales organization**. Your mission? To coordinate and manage bid activities while overseeing **market analysis**, **sales forecasts**, and **budget follow-ups**. This role is essential for unlocking successful business opportunities through Saab’s established processes, especially the **Winning Business framework**.
You will collaborate closely with **Product Sales Responsibles (PSRs)**, product managers, project teams, and marketing functions on both local and global scales.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and Plan: Oversee bid and proposal processes in alignment with the Winning Business process.
Coordinate Forecasts: Manage and report the Order Intake Forecast for improved decision-making.
Analyze KPIs: Monitor and analyze marketing and sales KPIs to optimize performance.
CRM Superuser: Act as the go-to expert for CRM, providing essential system support.
Marketing Budgets: Keep a close eye on marketing budgets and cost center reporting.
Business Board Preparation: Prepare and report for Business Board meetings, ensuring top-level insights are available.
Provide Insights: Offer critical data for business plans, marketing strategies, and long-term order planning.
Strategic Participation: Engage in business scenario planning and strategic discussions.

Qualifications
Experience in leading bid/proposal processes and providing business support, ideally in the defense or industrial sectors.
A solid understanding of business processes and market analysis.
Proficiency in business systems like **Excel** and preferably **Dynamics CRM**.
A relevant university degree in **economics**, **engineering**, or **industrial management**.
Fluency in both **Swedish** and **English**, written and spoken.
Familiarity with structured process frameworks, such as **Winning Business**, is a plus.
This position requires passing a security vetting process based on current regulations. For positions requiring security clearance, additional citizenship obligations may apply.
