Clark and White Achieve Recognition as NWCA Scholar All-Americans
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – In an exciting announcement that celebrates both academic excellence and athletic prowess, Andrew Clark and Anthony White of the Rutgers wrestling team have been named 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s Scholar All-Americans by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA). His consistent efforts earned him the title of four-time Academic All-Big Ten selection. On the other hand, Anthony White wrapped up his season with 15 victories and secured a No. 29 ranking in the final coaches’ poll. His academic credentials are equally impressive, as he has been a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and a two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar. At the recent Big Ten Championships in Evanston, Illinois, White clinched two significant victories, including a notable win over No. 19 Tyler Lillard from Indiana. His prior accolades as a NWCA Scholar All-American in 2023 and 2024 highlight his consistent performance and dedication.
