Your Role: A Key Player in Partner Engagement
As a Coordinator within the Rams’ Partnerships Team, you will be instrumental in supporting both Partner and Commercial Marketing experiences. This multifaceted position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Here’s a peek into what your day-to-day responsibilities will entail:
Key Responsibilities
Game Day Execution: Assist in delivering partnership experiences on NFL Game Days and manage logistics for non-game day events, ensuring seamless load-in and load-out processes.
Partner Experience Coordination: Track timelines and ensure that contractual obligations are met for assigned partner experiences. You will act as the primary contact for select partner accounts, managing inquiries and swiftly resolving any issues.
Hospitality Management: Collaborate with fellow coordinators to manage suites and hospitality experiences for game days and concerts, ensuring that every partner feels valued and engaged.
Merchandising Support: Work with your team to coordinate partner-driven merchandising and gifting deliverables, enhancing the overall experience for both partners and fans.
Logistics Coordination: Organize logistics for various partner events, from game days to community outreach programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling meetings and keeping accurate records, to help your team stay organized and efficient.
Are You the Right Fit? Qualifications We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need a blend of experience and enthusiasm. Here’s what we’re seeking:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in partnership management, sports marketing, or event coordination.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Enthusiasm: A dynamic and energetic approach to your responsibilities, with a solid desire to build relationships both internally and externally.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong customer-service mindset.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Asana and Slack.
NFL Insight: While not mandatory, a basic knowledge of the NFL landscape is a plus!
