Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Creation and Curation:
  1. Create and curate engaging content across websites, social media platforms, blogs, and other essential digital channels.
  2. Ensure all messaging is **consistent and aligns** with our brand guidelines.
• Campaign Collaboration:
  1. Team up with the Marketing Manager to develop well-rounded, effective campaigns.
  2. Communicate with our CMS provider and web design partners.
• Website Management and Optimization:
  1. Interface with stakeholders to discuss website updates and enhancements.
  2. Innovate website features and tools, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  3. Maintain comprehensive content schedules.
  4. Upload content to the website and other platforms, like YouTube.
  5. Analyze reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Email Marketing and Automation:
  1. Design and schedule association emails, with metrics reporting for analysis (experience with email marketing tools is preferred).
  2. Strategize automation campaigns and propose new ideas to leverage tool capabilities.
• Social Media and Graphic Design:
  1. Craft and schedule compelling social media posts with the Marketing Manager.
  2. Provide graphic design assistance to enhance web elements.
• User Interaction and Research:
  1. Create online surveys in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  2. Respond to online inquiries to support our digital offerings.
  3. Propose innovative topics for blogs, social media posts, and marketing initiatives.
  4. Research industry trends and assess current systems with the Assistant Director of Digital Strategy and Operations.
• Collaboration and Support:
  1. Attend domestic and international conferences to provide support.
  2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including vendors, partners, and staff.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills are essential.
• Experience: Prior experience in website management, HTML, content creation, and digital marketing is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with **Drupal**, **email marketing tools**, online surveys, graphic editing software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and video editing skills will give you an edge.
