Bethan Lloyd: Head of Performance
Bethan Lloyd has been promoted to Head of Performance, transitioning from her prior role as Head of Sports Science. With an impressive background leading the sports science department for the Football Association of Wales over eight years, she’s well-equipped to drive the Dash’s performance initiatives.
Andy McKeown: Head of Strength and Conditioning
Stepping into the role of Head of Strength and Conditioning, Andy McKeown brings with him invaluable experience from his previous tenure at Celtic Women FC. Now entering his second season with the Dash, he will collaborate closely with Lloyd and the coaching staff to deliver comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that are pivotal for athlete performance.
Michael Poma: Director of Recruitment and Analytics
Originally joining the Dash in 2023 as a performance analyst, Michael Poma has advanced to become the Director of Recruitment and Analytics. His crucial contributions during his previous role as head of analytics for San Diego Wave FC during their inaugural season have equipped him for success in overseeing a newly expanded recruitment team.
Jessie Vilkofsky: Director of Operations and Player Experience
With a focus on player experience, Jessie Vilkofsky has been elevated to the role of Director of Operations and Player Experience. Megan Kinneman – Taking on the role of Assistant Goalkeeper Coach, Megan brings professional playing experience and a robust coaching background from Rice University, where she helped the team achieve significant victories.
Adelaide Gilley – Joining as a Recruitment Analyst, Adelaide boasts a degree in Sport Analytics from Syracuse University, contributing critical insights gained from her previous work with the Houston Astros.
