About the Role

As a pivotal member of the **Enterprise Marketing** team, the newly appointed Director of Marketing for **Coursera for Business (C4B)** will shape the future of educational marketing. This leadership role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding market share globally. You will innovate marketing programs that effectively **attract, retain, and deepen relationships** with a myriad of clients.

Your Contribution to Growth

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead Growth Initiatives: Partner with a team of marketing professionals to accelerate the global outreach of the C4B business line.
  • Shape Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and communications, to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Enhance Communication: Maintain robust channels to communicate marketing plans and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate to adapt marketing foundations and processes that inspire creativity and effective execution.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate is a **creative yet data-driven** marketer with:

  • Over 15 years of **Enterprise SaaS marketing** experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in crafting global marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to leverage insights for strategic decisions.
  • A readiness to travel up to 25%, showcasing a commitment to global engagement.

  • Demand generation, brand development, content marketing, and ABM.

The salary for this position varies by region:

  • Zone 1: Not available
  • Zone 2: $158,000 – $198,000 USD
  • Zone 3: $149,200 – $186,500 USD
