- Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing digital, print, and social media, to effectively communicate with both prospects and members.
- Creative Partnerships: Collaborate with external creative agencies to design and launch integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness and visibility within the industry.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage tools like HubSpot to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Brand Stewardship: Evolve and maintain SIOR’s brand identity while fostering innovative engagement methods to attract younger demographics.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Cultivate a positive team culture, guiding the marketing team, which includes two marketing coordinators.
Who Are We Looking For?

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Six or more years of experience in membership marketing and association management.
- Expertise in digital marketing analytics and proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
