### Key Responsibilities of the Role
As the Marketing and Membership Manager, your duties will encompass a wide array of responsibilities aimed at nurturing both our brand and our membership base:
#### Managing Marketing Strategies
– **Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans** in collaboration with our dedicated staff.
– Craft compelling marketing content and design strategies for various platforms, including **emails, digital ads, and newsletters**.

#### Elevating Membership Engagement

#### Providing Leadership Support
– Collaborate with the Executive Director to strategize and manage **annual budgets** and transparent financial reporting.
– Support leadership in the development of agendas and documentation for meetings, ensuring all minutes and reports are recorded accurately.
