Having initially used the parking lot of this vacant property for his food truck last fall and again this spring, Gonzalez is all set to elevate the dining experience. Previously, the establishment saw a brief operation by Gorditas Durango over the winter, but now it’s Gonzalez’s turn to shine.
With access to a fully equipped kitchen, he has expanded his offerings beyond the usual food truck fare. Now, curious diners can enjoy a variety of breakfast items like burritos, huevos rancheros, and chilaquiles at any hour of the day!

Gonzalez, who hails from the beautiful state of Zacatecas in central Mexico, brought his culinary passion to Sioux Falls six years ago. His journey began with a position at a local Mexican restaurant, ultimately leading him to establish his food truck two years ago. With the help of his brother Miguel, Gonzalez is now gearing up to deliver a culinary experience that showcases the vibrant flavors of Mexico.
According to his sister-in-law Audrey Chavez, the restaurant is undergoing improvements, including a fresh coat of paint and new signage to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

With operating hours from 8 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays, there’s no excuse not to indulge in these delectable dishes.
