O’Reilly followed closely in 29th place with a time of 48.15 seconds, while Juds celebrated a personal milestone with a new best of 48.43 seconds, placing 33rd overall. Dominating the 800-Meter Run

The 800-meter run invite section boasted a Wolverine trifecta that lit up the track! Not far behind, Trent McFarland finished fourth with an impressive 1:47.50, while Brendan Herger clinched seventh with a commendable 1:47.96. With McFarland and Herger securing the seventh and eighth spots on the program’s performer list, it’s clear the future looks bright for the Wolverine middle-distance squad.

Field Events: Heavyweight Performances

Shot Put Showdown

In the shot put arena, freshman Josh Huisman delivered an exceptional performance, throwing 18.39 meters (60 feet 4 inches)—a personal best that positioned him eighth overall and marked the No. 8 on the program’s performer list. Not to be outdone, Aiden Felty put forth a season-best throw of 17.43 meters (57 feet 2.25 inches) to finish 12th.
