The weekend culminated in a spectacular 11-0 run-rule victory on Sunday, where nine Wildcats contributed to a total of 12 hits. Kelsey Nader, Kansas Robinson, and Isabel Cunnea each delivered multi-hit performances, paving the way for a significant scoring spree with nine runs over two innings. Boyd returned to the circle, showcasing her dominance once again with 4.0 scoreless innings and striking out six, allowing just one hit throughout the match.

Boyd wrapped up the weekend with a 2-0 record. Across 10 innings, she allowed no runs while striking out 16 batters, showcasing her elite skill set. Notably, Boyd limited Scarlet Knights’ hitters to a paltry .091 batting average, leading to her season record of 10 wins—a career high for the graduate student.

Cunnea excelled on offense, maintaining an impressive .714 slugging percentage and a .667 on-base percentage over the weekend. Her consistent performance included eight consecutive games reaching base safely, making her a key player in the fabric of the Wildcats’ success.
