RGP Names First Chief Marketing Officer

RGP (Nasdaq: RGP), a leading global professional services firm, has taken a significant step forward by appointing Jennifer Jones as its very first Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. This strategic move comes as RGP looks to enhance its brand identity in a rapidly evolving consulting landscape.

Formerly known as Resources Global Professionals and headquartered in Dallas with an office in Irvine, California, RGP operates on a global scale with a robust presence in multiple regions.

Setting the Stage for Brand Transformation

Jennifer Jones’ appointment is a response to the massive disruption transforming the consulting industry. Kate Duchene, RGP’s CEO, stated, “This is the right time to bring someone into this role to help set our brand apart. Jen has been a driving force behind our storytelling and brand evolution efforts.” With her unique blend of marketing, sales, and go-to-market expertise, Jones is poised to play a pivotal role in bringing RGP’s brand vision to life.

Building on a Solid Foundation

Jones joined RGP in 2019 through the acquisition of Veracity Consulting Group, where she excelled as Managing Director of User Experience and Design. Most recently, she has been leading Veracity’s marketing and consulting sales functions as Senior Vice President. Her deep understanding of both the firm’s and clients’ needs positions her ideally to spearhead RGP’s marketing initiatives.

The CMO’s Vision

In her new role, Jones will lead all strategic marketing initiatives while directly reporting to Duchene. Her mission includes:

  • Aligning brand strategy with RGP’s go-to-market vision.
  • Enhancing marketing support across all business segments.
  • Advancing the company’s brand storytelling to connect with clients on a deeper level.
