With an impressive 14 seasons spent at UCLA, Shannon LeBeauf is regarded as one of the top assistant coaches in the nation. Her accolades include:
- Leading 14 top-25 recruiting classes, including two No. 1-ranked classes.
- Guiding the Bruins to 321 wins and nine NCAA Tournament appearances.
Washington lauded LeBeauf’s understanding of basketball and her exceptional recruiting skills, stating, “Her life and basketball experiences will add immeasurably to the culture we’ve built.”
Jeanine Wasielewski – Assistant Coach, Offensive Coordinator
Starting her third season at Rutgers, Jeanine Wasielewski steps into the role of Offensive Coordinator. Previously, she worked with Washington at Penn State for two seasons. Noteworthy achievements include:
- Celebrating the 50th season of the program.
- Contributing to a record-breaking sellout game against Iowa, which became the most attended game of the 2023-24 campaign.

Sean LeBeauf – Assistant Coach, Defensive Coordinator

Nneka Enemkpali – Chief of Staff
