We are on the lookout for a results-driven Senior Field and Customer Marketing Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a crucial part in expanding sales opportunities, boosting customer retention, and nurturing a community of Spotfire advocates. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Direct Sales, Technical Teams, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to amplify revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Your Role in Driving Growth

  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies: Identify and engage high-value targets, paving the way to new business opportunities.
  • Support field sales efforts: Provide customized marketing materials and insights to help sales teams close deals effectively.
  • Cultivate customer marketing programs: Create initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention, ensuring continued value from Spotfire’s offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships: Develop connections with key customers, utilizing their success stories to enhance our brand reputation and attract new business.
  • Design targeted campaigns: Collaborate with sales to develop marketing campaigns and events that align with business objectives.
  • Champion customer advocacy: Identify and nurture Spotfire champions, turning satisfied clients into enthusiastic advocates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Ensure that marketing strategies are executed efficiently and align with the company’s broader business goals.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within the technology or software sectors.
  • A robust understanding of B2B marketing principles, particularly in field marketing and regional promotions.
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and analytics software.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence software is highly desirable.
  • A willingness to travel to engage with customers and attend events in your designated region.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.

Competitive Compensation

Compensation packages vary based on location and qualifications, including job-related education, experience, and certifications. Expect a competitive salary range reflective of your expertise:

  • New York City: $123,029 – $184,543
  • California: $128,378 – $192,568
  • General State Range: $106,982 – $160,472

Additional rewards may include annual bonuses and sales incentives based on individual performance and applicable plans.
