Rob Saccuzzo, general manager of Old Caz Beer, aims to revolutionize the food truck scene with this unique concept. "We often hear people say things like, ‘The vendors just bring the same stuff they have at their usual pop-ups,’ or, ‘Everything is $25 … I’d rather sample a bunch of different places.’ So, my idea for the Clash of the Cuisines was to remedy those complaints,” he shared.
This event promises to deliver an exciting twist on traditional food festivals and aims to create a relaxed atmosphere where food lovers can freely explore and enjoy a variety of cuisines.

The Clash of the Cuisines is not solely about the competition. Old Caz Brewery will also unveil a brand-new brew crafted in collaboration with Sonoma County Tourism’s “This is Wine Country” campaign.
