## A Stellar Representation: University of Minnesota Competes at the 2025 NCAA Outdoors
**MINNEAPOLIS** – The anticipation builds as the **University of Minnesota** prepares for a memorable showcase at the upcoming **2025 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field West First Round**, scheduled for May 28-31. With a total of **39 events qualified**, including **21 from the men’s team** and **18 from the women’s side**, the Maroon and Gold are ready to make a powerful statement on a national stage.
### Event Overview at E.B. Cushing Stadium
The action unfolds over **four exhilarating days** at E.B. Cushing Stadium on the **Texas A&M University** campus. The region’s top **48 student-athletes** in individual events, along with the best **24 relay teams**, will face off in this fierce competition. The men will compete on **Wednesday** and **Friday**, while the women will take to the track on **Thursday** and **Saturday**.

Athletes will be vying to clinch a spot at the **NCAA Outdoor Championships**, taking place from **June 11-14** in **Eugene, Oregon**, at the iconic **Hayward Field**. Only the top **12 competitors** from each individual event, along with the **top 12 teams from each relay**, will advance.
